Zhang Yuguang, male, postdoctoral fellow, chief physician, professor, and doctoral supervisor.

Zhang Yuguang, male, graduated with a doctorate in plastic surgery from Shanghai Second Medical University in 1995. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States from 2004 to 2005. He serves as Vice Chair of the Plastic Surgery Society, Shanghai Medical Association, Chinese Medical Association; Member and Standing Committee Member of the Reconstructive Surgery Professional Committee, Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine; Vice Chair of the Medical Cosmetology Professional Committee, Chinese Society of Integrative Medicine; committee member of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine Aesthetic Society and the Chinese Society of Reconstructive Surgery; and editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, the Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, and the Chinese Journal of Reparative and Reconstructive Surgery, among others. Academic specialties: (1) Proficient in oculoplastic surgery (traditional, novel, and minimally invasive double eyelid blepharoplasty, scarless epicanthoplasty, and blepharoplasty for baggy eyelids), comprehensive rhinoplasty, breast plastic surgery, facial contouring surgery, and various other aesthetic and plastic surgeries. (2) Proficient in comprehensive treatment for facial rejuvenation (including autologous fat grafting rejuvenation surgery and precise injection of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid), and minimally invasive or non-invasive facial lifting and wrinkle removal. (3) Proficient in orbital soft tissue reconstruction after excision of ocular tumors or trauma. (4) Proficient in the correction of various congenital and acquired maxillofacial deformities.

Zhang Yuguang's Research Directions
He has devoted himself to research on comprehensive treatment of skin structural remodeling and facial rejuvenation, as well as basic and clinical research on hypertrophic scars, for more than 20 years. He was among the first in China to propose comprehensive treatment for facial rejuvenation and minimally invasive or non-invasive facial lifting and wrinkle removal, and applied these approaches clinically. He has published more than 80 professional papers in Chinese and English, holds 5 patents, and has participated in compiling 2 monographs; he has completed 7 medical research projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key projects of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
